IMPORTANT NOTE:
Since your order is custom printed just for you:
Sizing: We aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made a size chart available on each product page.
Shipping Address: We cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
Policy Timeline: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the day you received the products, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
ORDER MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
After your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to email us at support@rideleg.com to request order modifications or a cancellation. After 12 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it is too late to cancel or modify it.
Please email us the following information:
Name and email used for the order.
Order number.
The specific changes that need to be made.
DAMAGED / INCORRECT ORDER
At Unchained Threads Co, we do our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, if your product meets any of the following criteria, please contact us and we will have your order replaced as quickly as possible:
The product itself is flawed.
The print quality is poor.
The final product is different from the product presented on the site.
All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing the flaw, poor print quality, or the difference in the final product. Please contact us via email at support@rideleg.com, and one of our helpful support staff will organize a reprint for you!
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
If your item has not arrived within 45 days, contact one of our heroes through our Contact Us page for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase.
Please note: This policy excludes errors made by customers providing incorrect shipping details and/or missed parcel deliveries.
RETURNS
Since our products are custom printed just for you, we do not take returns. We will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem and the order number.
To qualify for a replacement, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
The product is unwashed, unworn, and unused.
The product itself or the printing is defective, OR the final product is different than the one you ordered.
